HRDF was appointed by the Malaysian Government to catalyze the development of a competent local workforce. Since its inception, HRDF has evolved from managing a sizeable fund to becoming a one-stop-centre for providing human capital development solutions. For training programmes under the HRDF grant scheme, prior approvals must be obtained from PSMB’s Secretariat.
